BEEF:
- Aged to Perfection Prime Rib Roast: $25.99 lb.
- Sam’s Prime Rib Roast are a USDA Prime with a minimum of a 21 day age. All of our Prime Rib Roast are custom-cut to order and cut from the bone and reassembled back together with butcher’s twine. We recommend 1# per adult.
- Boneless Rib Eye Roast: $27.99 lb.
- Aged to perfection, custom-cut to size and tied. We recommend 10oz to 12oz per adult.
- Beef Tenderloin:
- We can accommodate any special cut with the beef tenderloin. From your standard tied roast, to wellingtons or chateaubriand. Please mention if you would like your roast tied or specifically a center-cut section depending on your recipe. We recommend 8oz to 10oz per person. **Tenderloin Roast average 5# (37.99 lb.) **Center-cut Tenderloins average 2# to 2.5# (40.99 lb.)

Ham Options:
- Smoked Whole Bone-in Ham $5.99 lb.
- Smoked Spiral-Sliced Ham $6.59 lb.
- Glazed Smoked Spiral-Sliced Ham $7.59 lb.
We start with one of Sam’s custom smoked spiral-sliced hams and glaze it to perfection in-house. Glazes offered: Honey, Cherry or Honey-Mustard.
POULTRY:
Fresh Turkeys: $3.59 lb.
- Our Turkeys come in four pound ranges: 8-12#, 12-16#, 16-20# & 20-24#
Whole Bone-in & Skin-on Turkey Breast: $5.29 lb.
- Ranges available: 4-6#, 6-8#, 8-10# & 10-12#
- Since we do all of our cutting in house, we will be able to accommodate Boneless & Skin-on Turkey Breast as well. The weight ranges will be half the size of the weight ranges listed above.
Smoked Turkeys: $6.99 lb.
- Our custom Smoked Turkeys come in four pound ranges: 8-12#.
Whole Ducks: $5.99 lb.
- Average about 5# to 6# a piece.
Turducken Rolls:
- Boneless Turkey Breast, Duck Breast & Chicken Breast
- Fully assembled, stuffed, seasoned & ready to bake!
- Feeds 15-20 Adults – TOTAL: $145
- Option 1: Cajun Andouille Stuffing
- Option 2: Herbal Sage Sausage Stuffing
- We require a $50 deposit at the time of order.
