Whole Bone-in Turkey Breast: $5.29 lb.
Sam’s Team does all of our cutting in-house. We would be happy to provide the service of a boneless & skin-on Turkey Breast as well. If that is what you are interested in, we can offer it left butterflied open or rolled & tied for roasting purposes.

Ham Options:
We start with one of Sam’s custom smoked spiral-sliced hams and glaze it to perfection in-house. Glazes offered: Honey, Cherry or Honey-Mustard.
Prime Rib Roast: Sam’s Prime Rib Roast are USDA Prime with a 21 day minimum age & cut from the bone and reassembled with Butcher’s Twine. We recommended 1# per person.
Boneless Rib Eye Roast: Aged to perfection and custom-cut to size. We recommend 10oz to 12oz per adult.
Beef Tenderloin: We can accommodate any special cut with the beef tenderloin. From wellingtons, chateaubriand to your standard tied tenderloin. Please mention if you would like your roast tied or specifically a center-cut section depending on your recipe. We recommend 8oz to 10oz per person.
