We take great pride in being among the few family owned and operated butcher shops not only in Colorado, yet quite possibly in the nation. Founded in October of 1982, we’re three generations strong.
Our counters display an expansive variety of sustainably sourced beef, lamb, pork, bison and poultry. All of our fresh meats are custom cut and ground in house to take that old fashioned approach to ensuring the highest quality products.
Sam’s hosts a vast array of seafood which is received daily and special requests are typically available within 24 hours. We love a challenge!
One of our favorite journeys has been sourcing our exotics. Don’t be surprised to find a 120 cubic feet display of deliciously sourced exotic meats. From Australian kangaroo to Colorado’s Himalayan yak steaks.
