Prime Rib Roast
Sam’s Prime Rib Roast are USDA Prime with a 21 day minimum age & cut from the bone and reassembled with Butcher’s Twine.
We recommended 1# per person.

Boneless Rib Eye Roast
Aged to perfection and custom-cut to size.

We recommend 10oz to 12oz per adult.

Beef Tenderloin
We can accommodate any special cut with the beef tenderloin.
From wellingtons, chateaubriand to your standard tied tenderloin.

Please mention if you would like your roast tied or specifically a center-cut section depending on your recipe.

We recommend 8oz to 10oz per person.
