We start with one of Sam’s custom smoked spiral-sliced hams and glaze it to perfection.

Aged to Perfection Prime Rib Roast:
Sam’s Prime Rib Roast are a USDA Prime with a minimum of a 21 day age. All of our Prime Rib Roast are custom-cut to order and cut from the bone and reassembled back together with butcher’s twine. We recommend 1# per adult.
Boneless Ribeye Roast:
Aged to perfection and custom-cut to size. We recommend 10oz to 12oz per adult.
Beef Tenderloin:
We can accommodate any special cut with beef tenderloin. From wellingtons, chateaubriand to your standard tied tenderloin. We recommend 8oz to 10oz per person.
